2. DATA COLLECTION AND USE FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING AND OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

3. DATA SHARE

For the fulfillment of the contract according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, insofar as you create an account there. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. Data transfer to shipping service providers

PAYPAL

In case of payment via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – “purchase on account” or “installment payment” via PayPal, we pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “PayPal”) within the framework of the payment processing. PURCHASE OF SUBSCRIPTIONS VIA CREDIT CARD / DIRECT DEBIT VIA CHARGEBEE

The data of all paying users and customers are processed in the case of a subscription conclusion in the Chargebee billing software used by us. By purchasing a subscription, each user consents to the transfer of his data to Chargebee. Chargebee offers a payment gateway-independent subscription billing solution that complements gateways such as Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Adyen and many others. 4. E-MAIL NEWSLETTER AND POSTAL ADVERTISING

Email advertising with newsletter subscription
If you register for our newsletter, we will use the data required for this purpose or separately provided by you to send you our e-mail newsletter on a regular basis based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO to be sent.

5. INTEGRATION OF THE TRUSTED STORES TRUSTBADGE

To display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and the collected reviews as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order, the Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website.

This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an optimal marketing of our offer, which outweigh our interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne. After the end of the purpose and the end of the use of Google AdWords Remarketing by us, the data collected in this context will be deleted.
