All in all, I found the support really great, meaning the daily emails that Marina sends, and I even learned a thing or two, even though I’ve been into nutrition for a long time and don’t consider myself that dumb ;-).
I really liked that all lunch recipes are suitable for those with a job.
Despite already having reached a normal weight (71 kg at 1.65 m in height) and a good amount of calories, I lost another 4 kg.
I don’t have any after-lunch lows like before, I feel very good and I don’t miss the snacks between meals.
