Oft tritt das Lip\u00f6dem im Zusammenhang mit hormonellen Ver\u00e4nderungen auf oder kann sich verschlimmern, insbesondere nach Schwangerschaften und in den Wechseljahren. Die Erkrankung \u00e4u\u00dfert sich unter anderem durch auff\u00e4llige Zunahme an bestimmten K\u00f6rperstellen, Wassereinlagerungen und Orangenhaut. Betroffene leiden aufgrund der lip\u00f6dembedingten Wassereinlagerungen an Schmerzen, was die Lebensqualit\u00e4t erheblich beeintr\u00e4chtigt.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"symptome-bei-lipoedem\"><strong>Symptome bei Lip\u00f6dem<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>auff\u00e4llig rasche Zunahme, trotz unver\u00e4nderter Gewohnheiten<\/li>\n<li>symmetrische Verteilung dieser Zunahme \u2013 meist entweder\u00a0an der unteren K\u00f6rperh\u00e4lfte wie Beine, H\u00fcfte und Ges\u00e4\u00df oder an der oberen K\u00f6rperh\u00e4lfte wie Arme, Nacken und oberer R\u00fccken<\/li>\n<li>Rumpf, H\u00e4nde und F\u00fc\u00dfe bleiben von der Zunahme unber\u00fchrt<\/li>\n<li>Wassereinlagerungen und damit einhergehender Druckschmerz<\/li>\n<li>Orangenhaut bzw. wellige Haut mit Kn\u00f6tchenbildung unter der Haut<\/li>\n<li>Neigung zu blauen Flecken<\/li>\n<li>Im weiteren Verlauf: Wulstbildungen vor allem an den Oberschenkelinnenseiten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"das-lipoedem-ernaehrungsprogramm\">Das Lip\u00f6dem-Ern\u00e4hrungsprogramm<\/h3>\n<p>Wir haben in Kooperation mit den Lip\u00f6dem-Spezialisten von Lipocura ein spezielles Lip\u00f6dem-Ern\u00e4hrungsprogramm entwickelt, das perfekt f\u00fcr die Therapie deiner Erkrankung geeignet ist. Sehen kann man das bei der, auch in jungen Jahren, oft sehr ausgepr\u00e4gten Cellulite. Die nun prall gef\u00fcllten Fettzellen dr\u00fccken auf Lymphgef\u00e4\u00dfe und Venen im Gewebe. Durch den Druck werden diese angeregt mehr Wasser abzugeben, das sich nun wieder in den Zwischenr\u00e4umen der Fettzellen ansammeln kann. Es ist wie ein Teufelskreis. Ist NF-\u03baB aktiv unterwegs, werden mehr Botenstoffe wie z.B. Prostaglandin E2 gebildet. Dieses bewirkt eine Schwellung des Gewebes und erh\u00f6htes Schmerzempfinden. Man hat beobachtet: Wird der Transkiptionsfaktor NF-\u03baB gehemmt, kann auch die Entz\u00fcndung gemildert werden. Warum macht man das dann nicht einfach? Das Problem: Bei dieser Hemmung sind so viele Rezeptoren und Botenstoffe beteiligt, dass man quasi an jeder Weggabelung des Signals einen Faktor stoppen oder aktivieren k\u00f6nnte\u2026 ergo: Man kennt die L\u00f6sung noch nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Eine verminderte Kohlenhydrataufnahme wie bei einer ketogenen Ern\u00e4hrung kann die Bildung von NF-\u03baB blockieren.
